These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Jandali Web Agency ("the Agency", "We") and the client ("You"). By commissioning our services, you enter into a strategic partnership backed by technical precision and mutual accountability.

Our operations strictly adhere to International Digital Commerce Standards, including UAE Consumer Protection Laws and the EU's GDPR, ensuring a transparent and legally sound experience for our global clients.

2. Strategic Service Execution

We provide high-end digital solutions designed for growth. Our commitment includes:

Scope of Work: Precision-engineered website development, system integrations, and performance optimization.
Operational Standards: All projects are executed remotely using premium industry tools and secure development environments.
Financial Integrity: Payments are processed via secure global gateways (Stripe, Wise, PayPal). Project commencement is contingent upon the agreed upfront investment.
Project Momentum: To maintain delivery timelines, clients are expected to provide necessary assets (content/branding) within 14 days. Delays beyond this window may result in project rescheduling.

3. Investment & Protection Policies

We maintain a transparent policy regarding financial transactions and project cancellations to protect both parties:

Refund Protocol

Full refunds are available only if no technical work has commenced. Once engineering, design, or research begins, the investment is non-refundable due to the specialized nature of digital assets.

Third-Party Integrity

To ensure security and performance, any unauthorized modification by third-party developers or external plugins voids all active warranties and support agreements.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full ownership of the live website is transferred to the client. The Agency retains the right to showcase the project in its professional portfolio.

4. Liability & Performance Disclaimer

While we engineer for Maximum Security and Speed, the Agency is not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party hosting, client-side data breaches, or the misuse of published content. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
